ABOUT BOSTON PC NETWORKING
Boston PC Networking: Personal IT Support for Greater Boston
Boston PC Networking is a family-owned technology company helping Greater Boston homeowners, home offices, and small businesses solve technology problems and plan sensible next steps. BPCN has served the region since 1996.
OUR FAMILY STORY
Personal support, passed from one generation to the next
Boston PC Networking was founded by Hari Polansky in 1996 with a simple philosophy: clients should be able to speak with someone who listens, explains the options clearly, and cares about solving the problem.

MEET DANIEL POLANSKY
Continuing BPCN’s personal approach
Daniel grew up around the business and has worked alongside his father for more than 20 years. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Daniel became the owner and began leading BPCN’s next chapter. Hari still helps from time to time, and many longtime clients continue to know him well.
Daniel leads the Boston PC Networking team and works directly with homeowners, home offices, and small businesses. After Boston PC Networking acquired The Computer Cafe in Arlington, he welcomed many of its longtime residential customers to BPCN. Former Computer Cafe customers who need computer or IT assistance are welcome to contact us.
Daniel remains enthusiastic about technology and enjoys learning from other professionals in the field. Outside work, he loves traveling, experimenting with 3D printing, and painting.
Hari Polansky, Founder
Hari established the personal service that longtime clients still recognize and continues to help the team from time to time. In his spare time, Hari writes music with members of the band Boston.
Technology and creativity
The Boston PC Networking quilt made by Daniel’s mother, artist Susan Polansky, reflects the creativity shared throughout the Polansky family. Explore more of Susan Polansky’s art.
HOW WE HELP
One local team for support, security, and planning
BPCN can handle an individual technology problem for a home or home office, or provide ongoing support for the systems a small business depends on. We work remotely when that is the quickest route and come on-site when hands-on help is needed.
See how that work looks in practice in our local IT support client stories, including ransomware recovery, managed Wi-Fi, and emergency network repair.
Our on-site service centers on Woburn and nearby Greater Boston communities, while remote assistance lets us resolve many problems quickly.
